Margaretha has 16+ years of experience in marketing, in particular to strategy development and implementation for go-to-market, new product launch, brand management, marketing communication and marketing research. Prior to establishing DecisionAsia, she was a Principal Indonesia of Solidiance Asia Pacific and Principal Asia of Frontstate - a B2B consulting firm. Her extensive industry experience varies from automotive, telecommunication, FMCG, construction and banking products where she worked in various mid-senior marketing function from 2003 to 2009. Prior to the consulting, she worked with American Standard as the Head of Marketing of the bath & kitchen product in Indonesia, a Marketing Manager with Mars Inc. for its petcare business and a Corporate Branding with HSBC. Margaretha holds a BA in Economics from University of Indonesia and an MBA in Marketing and Finance, from the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines.
Fathoni has 19+ years of experience in legal advisory in particular to corporate legal matters including new incorporation, corporate restructuring, merger and acquisition, capital market, e.g. Initial Public Offering and other related matters in Indonesia, with network in other countries. Prior to being advisor to decisionAsia, he worked with several coporate law firms such as Gani Djemat & Partners, Karim Sani & Partners, and Makes & Partners. He has managed various transactions in different sectors from plastic moulding, construction, electronics, tyre, and many others, worthed in total of more than USD 400 million; during his tenure with the said law firms and hiw own, Fathoni & Partners. Fathoni holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Indonesia, and an active member of the Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants (HKHPM) and Indonesian Advocate Associations (PERADI).
